Can I translate my surveys into several languages?
Multilingualism is available as of the Pro plan, without limit. With the free plan, you are limited to a single language.
Is Told GPDR compliant?
Yes, totally! Our servers are located in Europe and your consent is managed so that we only collect data that you have agreed to
What if I exceed the limit of answers on my plan?
Our CEO comes to scold you. No, seriously, your data is still collected, but simply blocked once the limit is reached. Simply upgrade your plan to unlock the extra data view. When you downgrade, the lock is back in place. Don't forget we're here to help if you run into difficulties.
Can I cancel my subscription ?
Of course, you can cancel your plan anytime on monthly plan. You have a 14-day cooling-off period if you change your mind :)
